Introduction: By using this website or purchasing a VEIL product, you agree to these terms of service in full. If you disagree with these terms, you must not use the services, products, or this website. VEIL reserves the right to deny access to the website, and forum at any time at our sole discretion.
Website Usage: All registration and payment information you submit must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms and comply with them. You must not be a minor or you must have received parental permission if you are a minor. Automated access to the site through means like bots or scripts is prohibited. Your use of the site must comply with all applicable laws. Providing false information can lead to the suspension or termination of your account. VEIL disclaims responsibility for any activities conducted by users; the user is solely responsible for their account and related activities.
Product Usage: You must obtain a license key or user account through VEIL's payment system. VEIL is not liable for claims regarding third-party intellectual property rights; users must protect VEIL from such claims. Accounts are intended for use on one computer unless otherwise deemed appropriate by VEIL staff.
Customer Support: Customer support requests are processed within 24 hours unless unforeseen issues arise.
Lifetime Subscriptions: "Lifetime" or "Life" keys are offered at developer discretion and are valid only while the product is supported and updated by the developer. No specific duration is guaranteed. Refunds and compensation ARE NOT APPLICABLE for lifetime keys.
Purchases and Payments: You must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and billing information. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. VEIL can correct pricing errors, refuse orders, limit quantities, and prohibit orders from dealers or resellers.
Cancellation: You may cancel orders before goods or services are delivered.
End-User License Agreement (EULA): You must accept all terms of the EULA to download, install, or use the Software. VEIL retains all rights to the Software. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. You cannot modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Software.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall VEIL, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website.
Termination Rights: VEIL reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services without prior notice for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Your privacy is important to VEIL. We collect non-identifying information through log data to improve our services. Data security is prioritized but we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
We employ industry-standard measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
We may share your data with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, but we require these third parties to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Refund Policy

VEIL provides refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you have not activated or used your license key, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase by contacting our support team via Discord or email.
Once a license key has been activated or redeemed, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund, as the digital product has been delivered and consumed.
Subscription products may be cancelled at any time via our cancellation page. Cancellation stops future charges but does not issue a refund for the current billing period already paid.
To request a refund, contact us at veilcheats001@gmail.com or join our Discord and open a support ticket. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.
VEIL reserves the right to deny refund requests where abuse or fraud is suspected.
